After you create an account and subscribe to the Organization or Enterprise tier, contact support. We will assign $500 in marketplace credit to your account within 24 hours. From the Settings page, you can track marketplace credit. When you check out on the marketplace, we automatically discount the price with your credit.
Yes, we offer bulk discounts under our Enterprise tier for companies that need more than 100 builder seats. Contact sales to learn more.
You can add an unlimited number of 'viewers' to your account. You are billed for the number of 'builders' who are able to make changes within Hatch Apps. There is no maximum limit for builders or viewers you can add. Team members can be added from the Team page with advanced permissions. When added, we validate the business address and then send them an email with a temporary password to log in.
Yes. We provide monthly billing under our Organization tier at $35 per builder per month. If you pay annually in advance, it comes out to $25 per builder per month.

The Hatch Apps cloud is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our platform and products are hosted on this secure cloud environment. On the Organization tier, apps and APIs are hosted on the Hatch Apps cloud.
On the Enterprise tier, you can choose to deploy your apps and APIs to your own servers. On the API Builder, we provide Enterprise tier customers with the ability to connect their own cloud environment.
