Full Stack Engineer, Platform
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our No Code Builder team. The focus is on maintaining and scaling our web platform features.
Hatch Apps is a no-code platform for teams to build mobile apps, APIs, databases, and more. We save companies time and money on software development by putting them in full control. We're on a mission to make software development accessible to all. We believe that everyone should be able to build quality software, regardless of their technical ability. Our CEO is Param Jaggi. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our No Code Builder team. The focus is on maintaining and scaling our web platform features. You will report to our Team Lead, Mohamed El Kord, who built the first version of the No Code Builder. Our web platform specifically is the interface that our customers use to build their app with Hatch Apps.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying production software at scale.
- 3+ years experience working with React and Redux.
- 2+ years of experience managing system architecture, ensuring best practices for reliability, performance, and security.
- Knowledgeable about trends and best practices of Javascript.
- Strong understanding cross-platform mobile app development frameworks.
- Strong technical leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Experience working for a product-led growth company is beneficial.
- Experience working with a remote engineering team.
